Strategic Sprint

Make sense of the chaos. Build a direction your whole team believes in.

Chosen Futures

Chosen Futures is a 6 week strategic sprint for senior leaders and founders at a moment of significant change.

Everything is changing at once and nobody can see the next steps anymore. A restructure that didn't pan out. A strategy everyone agreed on but nobody's acting on. New pressures with no clear path forward. A team that's lost belief in where things are going.

You've probably tried the obvious things. A tense meeting. An All Hands. A new hire “Rockstar” without an on-boarding process.

Chosen Futures is different. It makes sense of what's really happening — not the presenting problem, the deeper one — and builds a direction around systems and mindsets. Built together with the people who will bring it to life, which is why it sticks.

  • Weeks 1-2: Discovery & Diagnosis

Stakeholder interviews across the organisation. Sense-making of the real situation. A leadership session to align on what's actually happening underneath the presenting problem.

    Weeks 3-4: Team Workshop

A facilitated half or full day session. Your team explores possible directions together — no passive presentations, real investment in the outcome.

    Weeks 5-6: Strategic Direction

A written strategic direction document and prioritised action plan. Final presentation and handover. Ready to share and act on immediately.

    Day 30: Follow-up Check-in

A 45-minute call to review how the direction has landed, what's moving, and where you might need additional support.

    • Senior leaders and founders at a genuine moment of change

    • New pressures, a restructure that didn't land, a strategy nobody's acting on

    • Organisations where everything is moving at once and nobody can see clearly

    • Leaders who've tried the obvious fixes and nothing has stuck

    • Founders whose organisation isn't keeping up with their vision

  • From £12,000 · scoped per project

Up to £18,000-£20,000+ for larger matrix organisations

nouvôt works with a maximum of two sprint clients at any one time. This is intentional and means you get full attention, not a managed process.

What Sets Us Apart

Chosen Futures combines cultural foresight, stakeholder diagnosis, narrative-led systems thinking, and facilitated team work. The sprint ends with something your team owns and can move on, not a framework that needs months of interpretation.

Foresight First

We bring futures thinking into every engagement so the direction you land on holds up as the world changes, not just developed for the conditions you're in today.

Systems Thinking

Before we recommend a direction, we map the system to understand root causes, interdependencies, and leverage points. Our work solves for the system, not just the surface level problems seen today.

Cultural Fluency

Twenty years across fashion, ecommerce, editorial, and creative brands. We understand the dynamics of the sectors we work in, which means the strategy is grounded in the real world.

Practically Actionable

We start with abstract high-level thinking, to land on clear, specific outputs your team can act on immediately, and a direction they helped build, so they'll want to deliver it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Many strategy consultants diagnose from the outside and hand you a top-down direction without workshopping through the systems and deeper mindsets surrounding the change. Chosen Futures builds the direction with the people who will deliver it — which means it actually gets acted on. The facilitated team workshop is what makes the difference. People don't resist strategies they helped create.

  • It depends on the size and complexity of your organisation. Typically four to eight interviews across different levels and functions.

We agree the scope in the initial conversation.

  • Yes — the sprint scales to the size of the organisation. For a founder-led business the stakeholder interviews might be two or three conversations and the team workshop a half day. The method is the same. The scope adjusts.

  • A written strategic direction document, a prioritised action plan, and a team that helped build it.

That means you get something concrete enough to act on immediately and not a vision statement with a mood board.

  • Some clients come back for further engagements as new challenges emerge. There's no pressure, but the door is always open.

  • "It was amazing! We really enjoyed thinking outside of the box, it really stuck with us."

    WeAreSocial

  • "Everyone came to their own conclusion that they need to be more involved and do more on their side for team unity. This was honestly huge for me and made the whole activity more than worth it."

    Team Lewis

  • “This work has already had a lasting impact on our business, and we're excited to continue watch it grow!"
