Chosen Futures is a 6 week strategic sprint for senior leaders and founders at a moment of significant change.

Its for times when everything is up in the air, with new and missing information meaning nobody can determine the next steps anymore. Maybe it’s a restructure that didn't pan out. Or a strategy everyone agreed on but nobody's acting on. New pressures with no obvious path forward. A team that's lost belief in the initial direction.
