Chosen Futures is a 6 week strategic sprint for senior leaders and founders at a moment of significant change.
Its for times when everything is up in the air, with new and missing information meaning nobody can determine the next steps anymore. Maybe it’s a restructure that didn't pan out. Or a strategy everyone agreed on but nobody's acting on. New pressures with no obvious path forward. A team that's lost belief in the initial direction.
You've probably tried the obvious things, right? A series of tense meetings. An All Hands. A new hire “Rockstar” without an on-boarding process.
Chosen Futures is different. It maps the real issues way below the surface to make sense of what's actually happening. With an interactive workshop, we think expansively to build a stronger direction around systems and mindsets. Built together with the people who will bring it to life, which is why it sticks.

Weeks 1-2: Discovery & Diagnosis
Stakeholder interviews across the organisation. Sense-making of the real situation. A leadership session to align on what's actually happening underneath the presenting problem.
Weeks 3-4: Team Workshop
A facilitated half or full day session. Your team explores possible directions together — no passive presentations, real investment in the outcome.
Weeks 5-6: Strategic Direction
A written strategic direction document and prioritised action plan. Final presentation and handover. Ready to share and act on immediately.
Day 30: Follow-up Check-in
A 45-minute call to review how the direction has landed, what's moving, and where you might need additional support.

Yes — the sprint scales to the size of the organisation. For a founder-led business the stakeholder interviews might be two or three conversations and the team workshop a half day. The method is the same. The scope adjusts.
